[Finale] Click and count-off problem

OK, I'm probably missing something obvious -- but the OLD and other help files are silent.  So is the manual to my small keyboard.

Here's the situation:  I'd like to imput using my midi keyboard, with the Finale-generated click.  It starts fine, at the tempo I've set, then, just after the count-off measure, the click goes into doubletime or quadrupletime.  I've checked all settings and all are where I want them.  I did not have this problem the last time I inputted with my keyboard.

Help!  What am I missing here?  I have 33 parts to input into one score by next week!
