In my experience it's better to replace the bracketed sharp and
double-sharp signs with the desired quarter-tone symbols.  I seem to
recall that after transposing they're still OK, though to be honest I've
never used the three-quarter sharp sign attached to a (double sharp).

Of course I need not tell you that it'll be well worth checking the parts
carefully for this, no matter what you choose!
