I know from other sources that there is a virus called 666, which precisely
causes type 2 errors!
You might be infected although Tech Tool says no. You will have to run two
independent virus app. to catch this, I have heard!!

Emne: [Finale] Type 2 Error

Recently, every time I quit Finale, I get a message that Finale has
"unexpectedly quit" because of a Type 2 Error. This is odd, as nothing has
changed in my OS 9 system (to my knowledge) and TechTool Pro finds no
problems. To my knowledge, the error doesn't seem to cause any other
problems -- Finale functions normally otherwise, and like I said, the error
message only pops up after I manually quit, so it's not like I'm losing
data. But it's disconcerting, nonetheless -- so if anyone has any ideas why
this is happening, I'd be much obliged.

FinMac 2002b / OS 9.2.2 / 768 MB RAM. (I am storing my temp files on a 75
MB RAM disk, but this has never been a problem before.)
