In short, I've got 3 files I need to change the transpositions and clefs to several different settings and then save the files under different names. This seems like a good job for staff styles. The transposing part works fine. However, when I try to set the first clef to Alto Clef and apply the style, nothing happens. I've tried setting the first measure, all the measures, with and without pieces that have pickups. No luck, it stays in the original clef. I know two steps instead of three to change the clef is not that big of a deal, but it would be nice if this worked. Am I forgetting a setting? Anyone else get this to work.
