With Finale, I received an index card with all the characters, keystrokes, etc., plus a two-page spread containing all the Finale scoring features in a single musical "score". I don't recall if that's still made available, but I have several different versions of it; it seems to have come with every upgrade, but I'm not certain if it came with 2003.
