The first two bars of Beethoven's path�tique sonata (op.13) gives you quite
a bit of this, though you're still missing the open noteheads and quarter
rest.

Any better ideas? If anyone can come up with a short and reasonably
well-known excerpt that contains everything Dennis mentions, I'll be very
impressed.
