In Acrobat select the TouchUp Text Tool. Select a notehead and right click
for attributes. Make sure that the font is embedded. You may have problems
with truetype/postscript versions of the same font. I myself had to install
the truetype version of the Maestro font to embed it (WinXP). Alternatively
as a way to see if a font is correctly embedded in an Acrobat file you can
make sure that 'Use Local Font' under the view menu is deselected
(Ctrl-shift-y).
