I've noticed some bizarre things about simply having multiple
documents open at one time (WinFin2K3).

It seems that sometimes the title bar gives the wrong name for the
document, displaying the name of one of the other documents that
happens to be open at the same time. Also, I somehow got into a
situation where the list of documents on the Window menu was
disabled. That is, all the documents were listed, but I couldn't
switch between them with the Window menu. However, Ctrl-F6 still
worked.

Another thing that is a problem: when you have only one document
open, sometimes the CLOSE button for that one document simply does
not work, though the CLOSE command on the FILE menu *does* work.

So, it seems to me there is something really screwed up either with
the Multi-document-interface implementation, or with the management
of the temp files.

That brings up another thing: for a long time now (since WinFin97)
Finale has been a very poor Windows "citizen" in terms of cleaning up
after itself. That is, it never seems to delete its temp files, so I
periodically have to clean out my TEMP folder.

Can anyone else confirm any of these problems? If so, I'll try to put
together bug reports for Coda (or whatever they call themselves these
days -- I never stopped calling Borland "Borland," which turns out to
have been a wise move as they ended up as Borland again).
