     Hey, everyone,     I know not many people will know this one, but the
only one that instantly popped into my head is a song from the 60's: "A Day
in the Life of a Fool".

     When I taught in a church-related college, I told them to think of the
first and third notes to the chorus of "When we all get to heaven...",
knowing that they all had grown up singing that old gospel song.

     Actually, the theme from "Love Story" should work for downward and
upward, because the interval is sung first downwardly, and then immediately
repeated upwardly. (Sorry if someone has already said this - I haven't been
able to check my messages for a number of days.)
