[Finale] Internal tempo changes w/Expressions

Sometimes clients who ask me for transpositions also want a recording of the 
playback created for the purpose of learning notes.  In these instances, I 
try to approximate tempo changes and have settled on Expressions to do so.  
When I was using OS 9.2.2, it worked fine.

Now I am using 10.2.5 (or 2.something, anyway), and attempting to do this 
with a piece I just input.  The first tempo setting is quarter=60, which is 
about four measures in and works nicely.  I would like to have the second 
take the tempo up to 120, but in spite of everything being set correctly, 
there is no tempo change.  Measure expression, tempo changed in the tempo 
settings attached to the expression, and and nothing.  Is this just another 
blessing of the Classic environment?
