Hey, I've got one for y'all

I've got a piece where
there are several grace notes tied to eighth notes, and for some reason, they
are spacing themselves WAAAAAY ahead of the attached eighth notes. In some
cases, they come BEFORE a preceeding note !!!
Any ideas
??
