It's worth inquiring with the MakeMusic Sales department, but I think you are going to be out of luck here. As far as I know Klemm is the sole distributor for Germany, and MakeMusic signed a contract with them that they will not sell Finale to anyone in Germany. In the past Klemm came out with a German version much delayed, often as late as the maintenance release, however, it is possible that they will sell you an English version earlier, As far as I remember they charge extra for changing languages (which is ridiculous going from German to English, since it is cheaper for them). Naturally the German version is not yet available.
Again, there is no wrong in asking, and I would ask MakeMusic in America first, and if they don't offer help, ask Klemm to provide you with an English version. You can always explain that you need the most recent version because of compatibility issues for your work. I assume you are on Windows, since the Mac version isn't yet available. However, if you are on Mac I better warn you that there are issues using the US version on a German System and Keyboard. There are some work arounds, and OS X is going to be a little easier than OS 9 was, but it is not really for the beginner. I think Windows is easier as there is a tool to change the Speedy command assignments, but you better check with someone who knows.
