It is a matter of setting the right attributes for the staff in question.

As I remember it, the bass sax is Bb instrument sounding 2 octaves and a
major second below the music written in treble clef.

Click Transposition in the Staff Attributes box.

Set Interval to 15 and Key Alter to 2.

Check Set to Clef, and click the treble clef, if it is not highlighted
automatically.
