If so, the plug-in TG Replace Pitches will do it. I experimeneted with changing G#'s to Ab's. There are multiple fields in the plug-in so that you can change several pitches at once, but just using one section I entered (Change) G# and (To) Ab. It worked perfectly for all measures.
