[Finale] TAN (but not so much): HTML messages

A few HTML messages have crept in to the list today, and (probably) 
because of the combination of my ISP's server and the mail client I'm 
using they've not only been undelivered but have choked up the client 
so much that it stops short and does not retrieve any messages 
following it in the list.

plain text from any number of popularly used email clients for both Mac 
and Windows.

P.S. For those that care about the technical details, I discovered that 
when the server attempted to add the standard list footer it was 
actually a plain-text attachment rather than an addition to the message 
body.  For some reason, the attachment tripped up OS X Mail.
