I have a similar problem. (WinFin2K3) If I use repeats in a piece of music & then try to save it as a .mid file, it will go into an infinite loop. This is *not* playback; this is generating the .mid file. I get an hourglass and it does not stop - I have left it for a very long time & must "End Task" Finale to stop it.
