Remove Optimisation, perform your group name edit, then re-optimise. Now all systems will have the edit.
This wouldn't make much sense if the Optimisation has been utilized (e.g. staves had been moved on individual systems). Removing and re-adding will cause all of these edits to be lost. TGTools' Layout>Update Groups will change all Page View Groups (or those you choose) to reflect states of the current Scroll View groups.
