Yes. Put the rehearsal figures in as measure-attached expressions, and attach them to a staff list. When you define a staff list, you tell Finale which staves to display the item on in the score, and which staves in extracted parts. So for example, in the score you might want marks to display on the flute and violin staves, and on all staves in the parts *except* for the piano left hand. You can also tell Finale to always display on the top staff of the score, in case the flute staff has been optimized out in places.
