I don't think that there currently is such a plugin.  I've posted here a
number of times in the past an idea that right-clicking somewhere on a score
(not on a musical element) would bring up a contextual menu of bookmarks and
bookmark functions, rendering them much more accessible.

If you are on the Mac, Philip Aker's Text Editor plugin adds the very
welcome functionality of being able to access the navigation box by the
keyboard: type in Apple-J and you are then directed to the bar number or
page number you enter.  Doesn't do exactly what you're after, but it is a
step in the right direction.
