I am in Canada too and I see on my order informations the $89.95 plus $15 US for shipping, although they said the shipping would be free. I bought my upgrade too on the very first day it was announced. The good thing is that I saw the UPS tracking record and the package is as of today already in Montreal, probably at the customs. I could get this info on MM's website, but I haven't received a shipping confirmation by e-mail yet.
