I don't think there *is* a way, actually. I had the same problem with the Cautionary Accidentals plugin putting parentheses on accidentals even when I told it not to, and I couldn't find any way of getting rid of them other than doing it all by hand.
You could try using the Canonic Utilities plugin to clear all frozen accidentals, though -- that didn't work for my particular situation, but it might work for you. It will get rid of *all* manually frozen accidentals, though, and you may not want that.
