[Finale] 2004b poor spacing

It seems that something got hosed in the F2004b updates.  I installed 
the upgrade, then I created a new composition.  Mostly things work 
well, but the placement of notes is lousy.  The first note in each 
staff is way too close to the clef sign.. I suppose there is some 
setting somewhere I can change to fix this, but clearly the standard 
setting is wrong.

Has anybody else seen this problem?  It may affect only new scores 
created with the wizard after installing the patch.

Any idea if there is a setting I can change so I don't have to manually 
edit each (^^&%&^% line?
