In addition to Steve's suggestion to simulate a mouse move, there are actually a few of other ways of selecting items from popups. Once you've simulated the mouse movement that puts the pointer over the popup menu, you can choose "drag to" and record yourself making the appropriate selection from the popup. This saves a few steps over Steve's method, and in some cases, it's more reliable at picking out the selection you want. You can also choose to simulate the scroll wheel (up or down X lines) to get to the item you want, then simulate another click to select it. For instance, that's how I programmed my shortcuts to change the note positioning and measure positioning of expressions.

Of course, the simulated scroll wheel method is relative to whatever option is currently selected in the popup window, while specifying a "drag to" position will reliably pick out the same item from the popup menu every time. But "drag to" doesn't always work. I found for some popups, I had to create a sequence that used a combination of simulated mouse movements, scroll wheel movements, and keystrokes.

The advantage (for me, at least is) that once you've got your macros programmed, iKeys executes them much faster than QuicKeys.
