If you've used the Cue Notes plugin, the cue has been entered in Layer 4, and the cue name is just a note expression. Select the Expression Tool, and make sure you've got layer 4 active -- you'll see a handle on the expression.
Or you can just move it with the Selection Tool, if you're using a version of Finale that has that tool. You don't even need to select the layer -- just use the tool to move the name.
