BRILLIANT!
I've noticed this for a couple of versions now -- toolbars rearranging themselves sometimes when I minimize and then return to Finale -- but I've never been able to tie it to a particular action. Coda is also aware of the issue but also could not tie it to something particular.
Opening and closing the Internet control panel seems to do it consistently. Bravo!
I'm sending this right away to Coda (with proper credit).
