Garritan Personal Orchestra works well with Finale, but will require some time to
configure Finale to work with it. Ir also requires significant processor power ang
1gb of RAM for a full orchestra. Go to www.garritan.com, go to the GPO forum, and
look for a thread called "Also Sprach GPO." It was done with another notation program
(Overture) and GPO.

On the Mac any soundfont will work if you rename it. However, my search for
a better one hasn't really brought up anything. (And the Finale soundfont
unfortunately is very out of tune. And it doesn't really have any nice solo
string sounds.)
