Upon D/L of the windows demo there is a font called GCRevere that gets installed. That seems to be the font that everyone is interested in. Many of the characters are very nice looking but it will take tons of tweaking to ever use it in Finale. I just finished playing around with it myself in an old document I opened up. Seems they do not offer anything more than eighth note values (notes and rests) in the font. Anything bigger is a creation of those values added to each other (i.e. multiple 1/8 rests to create 16th, 32nd rests). The same goes for flags.

Graphire has a MusicPress demo at their site.
I've downloaded the demo but couriously it doesn't contain any music font,
so when you open the program, you see just garbage :(

I vaguely recall a discussion - it would be some years ago now - about the
"revere" font (as used in Graphire Music Press).

Has anyone since had luck attaining this font for use within Finale? I've
not seen it available for sale individually, but perhaps I'm not looking
in
the right places.

With thanks,
Angela
