[Finale] staff tool/independent key signature

I am working on a piece that requires me to have independent key 
signature in the six woodwinds. Can I highlight the number of bars in 
a section (bars 1 - 24 using indie key signature and at bar 25 revert 
back to everyone having the same signature?
I am using MacFin2004b.
