In Mac 2003 I can put in a second mid-measure clef if I double click
in the measure. The clef that appears when I double click is the one
defined as "Default Clef Change" in Document Options > Clefs, but I
can change it by bringing up the context menu (on Mac, Control-Click
on the clef handle) and choosing "Edit Clef Definition"
