Before you jump ship, you should take a long and careful look at the archives of the Sibelius group at yahoogroups. There really isn't any less frustrating program to switch to, so you will just be trading one set of frustrations for another.
Unless you go back to pen & paper.
I'm not trying to suggest that you aren't correct or that you shouldn't be feeling the frustrations you feel.
I just want you to be certain of what you are doing if you try to jump ship to Sibelius. I'm not sure what other options there are these days.
