There was a bug that Chuck and I were afflicted by, where changes to
the Edit Margins windows would not apply until after you closed the
window. That's caused by corrupt preferences. If it happens to you,
delete your prefs and restore from a backup.

This is interesting news Brad, and it may be useful if the problem recurs. That's surely quicker and easier than stopping work to trash and rebuild preferences.
