Well, revert to the previous workable version for all new work. When Access 2000 came out I eagerly tried out the new version. It was a disaster. I took on one project in it and it was even more of a disaster than I'd expected. I did not do an Access 2000 development project again for 2.5 years. My clients were happy. It's this blind rush into the next version en masse that baffles me.
