I am adding an additional request to know how to do this. I recently
engraved an ensemble piece with a contrabasso part than began in the tenor
clef. I could NOT get the bass clef to start the staff with the tenor clef
placed after the meter and key signatures. I ended up using the tenor clef
to start the staff. However, this is a VERY unusual practice. The result
is unsatisfactory.

HELP!
