OK, I've done a version for PC now, available from the site below.  I hope
that I've done the encoding etc. correctly.  The updated key caps document
has what I think are the PC Alt-XXXX numbers for the equivalent Option keys
on the Mac.

I may have also inadvertently exaggerated the problems with staff lines not
lining up correctly - having looked at it a day later they're not so bad,
but it depends on how super-fussy you are, as well as how good your printer
is.

BTW the background behind this font is that I got sick of trying to
re-export Finale graphics at the same size whenever there was a change.  How
nice it would be to be able to move around the graphics export bounding
region, and have its size and position remembered with the document.
