1) Create the symbol as part of the chord library, again using the symbol from the Jazz font in the proper size? This would seem to have the advantage of being able to add the symbol without selecting a different tool to do so.
2) Create the symbol as a text repeat, again, using the symbol for the Jazz font? Since the symbol is a repeat, this has, (at least in my opinion) the advantage of keeping the organizational continuity, by keeping the repeats under a single tool.
