Nope. For the finale list at least, you just need to go to the URL at the bottom of every email ( http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale ). From there, just enter your email address in the "Unsubscribe or Edit Options" box at the bottom, and then your list password on the next page.
