Help, help, help, etc.
While working , halfway, in the copy of a score, all of the sudden i got a system crash - a lot of white text, messages, over black strips, which forced me to restart the machine. When I tried to open the file again I wasn't able to, instead I got the message "while attempting to access - the name of the file- the file manager reported an error , error occurred ID=-8 and I simply couldn't open the file.
I made a duplicate of the file and changed it's name to see if that could solve the problem and I didn't succeed, this time I got an ID=-12 as the error.
What can I do to open the file and finish what I am doing , should I start a new file or just jump off a cliff ?
I am working with Finale 2004 on a Mac with system X.
I would really appreciate all the help I can get to solve this problem.
