How about the "check for accidentals" in the speedy note entry menu,
have you tried that?

Isn't there checkbox somewhere, which when checked, forces display of
accidentals on all notes. I remember seeing this but don't remember
where. I'm not at a computer with Finale installed at the moment,
either, and can't tell you exactly where it is. Besides the user's
manual / on-line documentation, good places to look would be in the
staff attributes, or someplace in the document or program options.
