Unfortunately, you can't.
Just as you can't set up the page size from file menu and have it retained in the extracted part from that file like you used to in OS9. Coda say it is not a bug but that Finale can't access the OS to do this, so it looks as if we will have to live with it.
Has anyone got a work around for these problems (without having to use applescripts)?
