I am still mired down in OS 9 due to a mammoth project for a client that won't be finished until spring. And I am staying with Finale 2K3 since it would be galactic ally stupid for me to try to take this project to a major upgrade that crosses two Finale versions as well as an OS upgrade like OS9 to OS X. So speed with QK is not an issue for me. But I am well aware of it's speed in OS X. Perhaps look at iKey. I hear it's quite snappy in OS X and it does many of the things QKs does, and better. *************************** J.D.
