That's what I have been doing last 17 years :-) Christopher Smith / 04.12.17 / 8:42AM wrote: >I can't imagine 4 layers not being enough. You may be right. I have to organize my thinking. Thanks to this list, I am finding better workflow. Just last week I found dedicating layer 4 for chord is the better way. In my thinking, the dedicated layer 4 is g, g, gone from availability, which is not true. I have to do some practicing. Since changing notehead to slash and removing stem is the way I have been dong long years, it is still quicker for me at this moment. But how to do drum notation was not my original question, tho. I still don't believe style should dismiss the contents. This simply doesn't make sense to me. Any situation you'd want this feature? I mean, when would you want stem direction reversed by applying a style? With this many options on every functions in Finale, I found it is very odd you can't turn this off. -- - Hiro Hiroaki Honshuku, A-NO-NE Music, Boston, MA <http://a-no-ne.com> <http://anonemusic.com> _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
