I seem to remember having this problem before, and submitting a tech support request, but I cannot find the response I thought I received at the time. I suspect I'll need to submit a request to them again on this matter, but it's Saturday morning....
In order to accomodate a client, who is still working in 2k2b, I tried to start WINFin 2k2, only to have the attempt abort the boot process, giving an warning Box, giving an error message "Ctree error 18 in CT:DETAIL 821".
The forum provides no support on this issue, either. Can anyone help?
