I have a copy of the Mac mini apple service PDF, it's 155 pages. I don't know if this is readily available or not, you may be able to get it from apples site, or maybe it's on the Mac Mini install CD's. Whatever, it's no use to me, if you want a copy let me know ASAP because it's 20mb and going in the trash can soon.
