Yep. Same missing-the-point response from the same individual, who I'm sure is a fine person but is sometimes a bit unhelpful when it comes to acknowledging feature and bugfix requests from experienced users/beta testers.
To be fair to Brian, I'm sure Macsupport gets an enormous volume of Mail every day, and probably 95-98% of it is "how do I do this" questions -- so it may be difficult to switch gears into responding to "it would be nice if Finale *could* do this" email.
