Hey Darcey... I wish you luck with your band... I'm fortunate to have members of my band write charts for me, supplementing many original arrangements played by BG which I purchased from the NY Library and Yale... They too are not the kind you sight read and play but must woodshed to get right... Being in Florida I have access to many retire professional musicians who enjoy playing in the band because we don't play the same stuff most of the other bands have in their libraries...
