ah okay, i was thinking of title page Texts. it seems to me that the solution is to have measure-attached Texts with positioning relative to the page, where the user can define positioning as fixed, as in "always on page 4"; and relative, eg. "on same page as origin measure". and of course that Texts attached to pages higher than the part page count don't disappear upon extraction.

The logic is that if I don't do this, text blocks on pages higher than the page count of the part will disappear, and most of the text blocks will be in the wrong place on the wrong page. There is two ways around this, either attach all text blocks to the first page, or attach them to the first measure of a relevant movement (with a copy in every part).
