We haven't had to program this click for this in a while..I don't know what versions you are working with but assuming you are up-to-date with the Finale versions, there are built-in keystrokes (finally) to accomplish the page/up and down movement. They are cmd-opt-pgUp/Down. I have a QuicKey that eliminates the need to press the modifiers. This doesn't answer your question directly about the position of the cursor but I thought you might like to know that there is a simpler way to achieve what you're after.
