I am pretty sure that won't work, you would have to completely wipe your HD (possibly even reformat) to rerun Finale for 30 days.
(I am not really taking sides though, personally I was annoyed by the copyprotection, but on the other hand I do find it a little silly to claim that you could loose everything tomorrow. Yes, MM could be out of business tomorrow, but my computer would also have to die before I loose anything. Not impossible, but together a risk I am prepared to take.)
