Disappearing tuplet brackets has happened to me.  They are in the finale
score, I can still see them, but when I make an eps from that page, they
are, randomly, on occasion, gone.  Replacing the offenders with non-engraver
tuplets has fixed it for me.

It happens rarely, but it does happen.  One more thing to proofread for . .
