Probably not. The folders are probably printed before they are cut, folded and pasted. Your cheapest bet is probably to get folders with some company or other's logo stamped on them, and a supply of adhesive shelf paper in some pattern you consider suitable, and cover the offending logos.
Another solution would be to get a supply of poster board (I've not done a poster in so long that I don't know the customary sizes any more), and a sharp hobby knife and rule, and cut and fold your own.
